Lead and grow the regional design team, working closely with the HQ team to scale the design practice across Southeast Asia. You will lead a high-performing design team across multiple disciplines, ensure consistency and quality in design output and shape the design roadmap. This role requires someone passionate about building scalable processes and teams.
